High teeth count/fine pitch for burr-free smooth finish.

Expansion/cooling slots are available for expansion and contraction of the tool in the course of cutting.

Low hook angle allows for easy feeding & big teeth for resharpening and longer tool life.

This sawblade is featured also by the high quality TCT teeth(K20 equivalent) and heat-treated SK5 or AISI C1066 slim plate , CNC teeth & plate grinding, and strict DIN tolerance standard.

Theoretically, all machined products requires special processes for reducing their residual internal stress to improve the performance and prolong the life. This sawblade is treated with heat and vibratory tresss relief process,dynamic balancing process and dynamic straightening process to optimize the performance and prolong the tool life of the sawblade.

Strictly conforming to DIN stardands, both static and dynamic balance of the saw blade are better secured.
